Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Verint Workforce Optimization Cloud Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with other Cloud Ops staff to monitor production environments with primary focus on the WFO instances
- Managing technical projects (build, plan, document, train) pertaining to WFO systems
- Following change management process and participating in off-hours maintenance windows
Qualifications Include:
- B.S. in Computer Science or
- Equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Verint software architecture, installation, configuration, and administration, especially in a multi-tenant cloud environment
- 5+ years technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration
- Solid experience with Verint QM/WFM
- Excellent verbal and written skills
