Job Summary
Providing day-to-day technical guidance, the full-time Remote Service Technician Lead will support Remote Service Technicians in delivering vehicle diagnostic and technical support services while collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Offer technical guidance and support to Remote Service Technicians, ensuring service quality and productivity
- Assist with complex diagnostic and programming issues, troubleshooting, and service-related escalations
- Monitor service activity to identify recurring technical issues and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle repair, or remote technical support
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support the development of other technicians
