Remote Skin Care Designer

Job Summary

To support a skin care division, the remote W2 contract Skin Care Adaptive Designer will deliver adaptive packaging design solutions, develop shopper toolkits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver adaptive packaging design solutions across global and North American markets
• Ensure packaging meets regulatory, claims, and multilingual requirements with clear hierarchy and legibility
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4-7 years of proven brand design experience
• Proficient packaging design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A self-starter who can run independently with minimal direction
• Experience working closely with Designers, Project Managers, and Production Managers
