Remote Sleep Coach

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Sleep Coach will assist CPAP patients in building confidence and consistency with their sleep therapy by providing guidance, answering questions, and identifying barriers to effective therapy use.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact patients throughout their first year of CPAP therapy to coach and educate them
• Utilize patient usage information to personalize conversations and provide practical solutions for therapy challenges
• Assist patients in understanding insurance requirements, equipment care, and future resupply needs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred knowledge or experience working with patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
• Experience with various insurance plans, including HMO, PPO, and Medicare, is preferred
