A safety and compliance consulting firm is in need of a Remote Software Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing clear expectations, feedback and recognition
- Delivering results in line with the following key metrics/accountabilities
- Overseeing development team and construction of site enhancements and changes
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in a related leadership role
- Strong technical background, specifically Microsoft web development technologies
- Prior experience managing offshore teams
- 10+ years of development experience (Microsoft stack preferred), or project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business or technology related field
- In lieu of degree, may consider a combination of education and experience
