A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience in software development leadership

  • 7+ years of experience with hands-on development and databases like Cobol, DB2 for z/OS
  • Experience with hiring, performance reviews and management of a software development team
