Job Summary
To support a K-12 school focused on elite academics and athletic development, the remote Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain educational and sports training applications while utilizing AI coding tools and taking ownership of projects from conception to production.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship learning and sports training apps for students, coaches, and families
- Work across the entire tech stack to develop various tools, including mobile apps and data pipelines
- Utilize AI coding tools daily to enhance development processes and improve product offerings based on user feedback
Required qualifications
- A product mindset with a focus on user needs and continuous improvement
- Proficiency as an engineering generalist, capable of working on diverse projects across different platforms
- Expertise in AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex, with a proven track record of their application in production
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including the ability to debug complex issues and design maintainable code
- Clear spoken and written English for effective communication with the U.S. team
