Remote Software Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

A health service company has a current position open for a Remote Software Quality Assurance Tester.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing administrative intake of members
• Handling resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers
• Assisting the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of call center and / or telephonic customer service experience
• 1+ years of professional experience in an office setting using the telephone and computer
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Medicaid and / or Medicare experience is preferred
• Experience working with medical terminology is ideal
