Job Summary
A health service company has a current position open for a Remote Software Quality Assurance Tester.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing administrative intake of members
- Handling resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers
- Assisting the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of call center and / or telephonic customer service experience
- 1+ years of professional experience in an office setting using the telephone and computer
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Medicaid and / or Medicare experience is preferred
- Experience working with medical terminology is ideal
