Must be able to:
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in change management and governance
- Deep knowledge of SalesForce.com
- Proficient in designing scalable, best practice solutions
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong sales and marketing operations experience and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and SalesForce CPQ
- Skilled at technical documentation and available and responsive to questions
