Job Summary
A telecommunication systems and software company is filling a position for a Remote Software Service Quotations Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating with service delivery teams to determine work estimates for desired service(s)
- Interacting with account teams and sales engineers to understand and refine customer requirements
- Creating custom service proposals and Scopes of Work, based on Interpretation of HW and SW Bill of Materials
Qualifications for this position include:
- Technical Degree; BSEE or equivalent
- 8+ years of telecommunications industry experience
- Knowledge in Ethernet and IP (L2 and L3) technologies
- Demonstrates effective time management skills
- Strong technical knowledge of core optical networking including DWDM, ROADM, and high-speed photonic technologies
