Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on consulting for COINS Operations and Service Management modules

- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and user training for software implementations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Software Consulting, Construction Operations, or Field Service Management, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Prior experience with software support, configuration, or implementation is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
