Job Summary
Experienced in solutions engineering, the full-time Remote Solutions Architect will define, plan, and execute web design and development projects while providing consultative recommendations and technical support to sales and project teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Educating prospects on eCommerce and CMS platform solutions and conducting needs analysis with prospective customers
- Providing pre-sales technical consulting and documentation of project requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver technical presentations and respond to proposals effectively
Required qualifications
- 4 to 5+ years of solutions engineering experience or a similar senior-level development role
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with eCommerce and CMS platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and WordPress
- Proven ability to provide consultative presentations to C-level business executives
- Experience with solution architecture, project scoping, and product demonstrations
