Job Summary
A provider of home health benefits management services is filling a position for a Remote Staffing Operations Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with team leads to ensure service level metrics are achieved
- Supporting management in driving strategic direction at the lead and staff level
- Supporting leads on escalated interactions, 2nd point of contact
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or the equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one years of experience in a lead/supervisory role
- 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the medical, insurance or healthcare field
- Demonstrated success in leading others
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
