Remote Staffing Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A provider of home health benefits management services is filling a position for a Remote Staffing Operations Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with team leads to ensure service level metrics are achieved
• Supporting management in driving strategic direction at the lead and staff level
• Supporting leads on escalated interactions, 2nd point of contact

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or the equivalent work experience
• Minimum of one years of experience in a lead/supervisory role
• 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the medical, insurance or healthcare field
• Demonstrated success in leading others
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
