Remote Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the complete subrogation process of medical claims, the full-time Remote Med-Pay/PIP Subrogation Specialist will investigate, negotiate, and settle claims identified for subrogation potential while working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate proprietary databases to process and resolve medical claims with subrogation potential
• Document all activities related to recovery, including conversations, correspondence, and file updates
• Handle medical subrogation files of moderate to high complexity with technical proficiency across multiple computer systems

Required qualifications

• Experience in medical subrogation or related field
• Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to task completion
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for remote work
• Ability to manage difficult conversations and exhibit conflict management skills
