Remote Technical Alarm Specialist

Job Summary

Providing remote support for customer alarm equipment, the full-time Remote Technical Alarm Specialist will engage with customers to understand their security needs, troubleshoot issues, and install products while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to assess their security needs and recommend appropriate products
• Provide technical assistance to customers through scheduled outbound calls, delivering effective solutions
• Troubleshoot and install ADT products, clearly communicating complex issues and resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred
• At least 1 year of technical service experience is required
• One year of home security systems technician experience is highly preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills
• A quiet, distraction-free private work area with adequate internet bandwidth is necessary for this remote position
