Job Summary
An education software and technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting student and faculty technical issues
- Promptly resolving student and faculty issues
- Assisting with training new hires and ongoing support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 – 3 years experience working in a support-related field
- Experience assisting customers using phone, email, and chat software
- The shift for this position is Tuesday - Saturday: 1:30pm - 10:00pm ET
- Ability to work holidays, evenings and weekend hours
