Job Summary

A technology and marketing company is in need of a Remote Technology and Marketing Accounts Receivable Accountant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Setting up the client record, obtaining relevant details and paperwork
• Invoicing clients based on the contract terms, email exceptions, passthrough costs
• Ensuring new contracts are billed based upon agreed terms

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• A minimum 3 to 5 years’ Accounts Receivable and billing experience
• End to end knowledge of accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy for work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with sensitive material
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
