Job Summary
A technology and marketing company is in need of a Remote Technology and Marketing Accounts Receivable Accountant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Setting up the client record, obtaining relevant details and paperwork
- Invoicing clients based on the contract terms, email exceptions, passthrough costs
- Ensuring new contracts are billed based upon agreed terms
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A minimum 3 to 5 years’ Accounts Receivable and billing experience
- End to end knowledge of accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy for work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with sensitive material
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
