A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technology Business Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Contributing to and managing small scrum teams supporting multiple development efforts
- Facilitating meetings and discussion as needed for diverse and senior groups of government stakeholders
- Creating/updating documents required as part of an agile system development life-cycle
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 - 10 years relevant experience in IT Operations and Maintenance
- 5 - 10 years relevant experience in Service Supplier/Vendor management
- 5 - 10 years relevant experience in IT Service Management
- 5 - 10 years relevant experience in ITIL framework
- 5 - 10 years relevant experience in Process mapping
- 5 - 10 years relevant experience in Functional Decomposition of IT O&M functions
