Remote Telehealth Physician, MD/DO

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Board-Certified Physicians (MD/DO) for a part-time, remote 1099 Telehealth Physician role, responsible for conducting Annual Wellness Visits, managing chronic conditions, and documenting patient encounters in a virtual care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M follow-up visits via phone or video
• Manage chronic conditions, review medications, and prescribe as clinically appropriate
• Document all patient encounters accurately in SOAP format

Required qualifications

• Board certified MD or DO
• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states
• Experience in preventive and/or primary care
• Proven experience providing patient care in a virtual or telehealth clinic environment
• Comfort conducting both phone and video visits, with EHR fluency
