Job Summary

Conducting telephone interviews with insurance applicants, the full-time Remote Telephone Interviewer will gather detailed information to support the underwriting process during a temporary contract from 10/5/2026 to 1/31/2027, with potential for future employment based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound telephone interviews with medical insurance applicants to gather accurate information
• Document interview details efficiently while navigating multiple computer applications
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while meeting productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• 6+ months of call center experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems in a virtual desktop environment
• Distraction-free remote workspace
