Remote Tier I Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Network Engineer

Job Summary

A management and process consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Tier I Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Network Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshooting UCCE / PCCE system issues
• Developing and writing necessary code to integrate Cisco UCCE/PCCE with other API's, CTI screen pop
• Designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Systems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience with custom reporting on Cisco CUIC platforms
• Strong familiarity with CVP VXML applications development and deployment
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related subject is required
• At least 5 years of current active hands-on experience in engineering, deploying, and supporting UCCE/PCCE version 11.x or above
• Experience administering, engineering, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting all components of the CISCO UCCE/PCCE suite
• Firm understanding of CUCM call routing, device pools, codec configurations, dial-peers, and partition management required
