Job Summary

A pioneer and market leader in behavioral and mental health technology is filling a position for a Remote Tier II Production Support Quality Assurance Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor and support our production platform hosted on Azure
  • Assist the customer support team when issues are escalated
  • Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ year IT experience or relevant education
  • Know your way around a computer and browser
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with basic engineering concepts, C#, and JavaScript
  • Experience with monitoring software and dashboards
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
