Job Summary
A pioneer and market leader in behavioral and mental health technology is filling a position for a Remote Tier II Production Support Quality Assurance Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Monitor and support our production platform hosted on Azure
- Assist the customer support team when issues are escalated
- Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ year IT experience or relevant education
- Know your way around a computer and browser
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with basic engineering concepts, C#, and JavaScript
- Experience with monitoring software and dashboards
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
