Experienced in leisure travel, the full-time Remote Travel Agent will plan and book personalized domestic and international vacations, assist clients through various communication channels, and build lasting relationships while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and book customized FIT itineraries for clients, ensuring compliance with ARC regulations
- Assist Members and non-Members via phone, email, and web chat, providing recommendations based on individual needs
- Meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service while staying informed about travel promotions and industry trends
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduates are encouraged to apply
- At least 2 years of recent leisure travel industry sales experience
- Experience with airline reservation systems, ticketing platforms, and GDS
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
