Job Summary
To support a growing consultancy, the full-time Remote UI/UX Product Designer will run discovery and design processes for client engagements and Ajaia's product suite, creating user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with clients and engineers online.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients and users to identify gaps between stated needs and actual workflows
- Synthesize findings into actionable design solutions, including user journeys and prototypes
- Test designs with real users prior to implementation and maintain design standards across the product suite
Required qualifications
- Experience in conducting interviews, usability testing, and analyzing behavioral data
- Ability to quickly move from synthesis to working prototypes
- Proficiency in integrating human checkpoints into workflows during the design process
- Fluency in using AI tools for research, synthesis, and prototyping
- Preferred bachelor's degree, though not mandatory
