A contract research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote User Experience Design Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the creation and implementation of a coherent strategy for UX design
- Contributing to early-stage discovery and product definition
- Conducting user research and secondary research
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s and formal education in Human Centered Design, Design Methods, HCI or a related field
- 5+ years of design experience working on an Agile product team
- 3+ years of experience leading a UX team
- Experience flexing between design strategy and planning and design execution
- An understanding of design, usability, and research best practices
- Experience designing complex, data-intensive applications
