Job Summary

A live streaming company is filling a position for a Remote User Experience Researcher.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute customer experience research studies using technique
Analyze and synthesize information gathered during studies and ad-hoc analyses
Take ownership of assigned projects while making decisions with direct input supervision

Qualifications Include:

At least 1-3 years of professional experience/ training in Human Factors research, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
A fundamental understanding of and ability to apply research to inform UX deliverables
Demonstrated experience analyzing and synthesizing data from research studies
A high level of comfort with user research techniques/ tools such as usability testing, generative research, interviewing, and more
