Job Summary

Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time Remote Utilities Collector will communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts, provide updates on account statuses, and perform skip tracing, all while working remotely in CST/MST time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Provide accurate account updates and perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
• Counsel delinquent consumers to assist in meeting their payment obligations while complying with relevant laws and company policies
