Remote Utilization Management Behavioral Health Lead
Job Summary
A healthcare insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Utilization Management Behavioral Health Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing utilization of behavioral health services
- Advising executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance
- Managing BH UM staff and coordinate with Medical Directors on questions of medical necessity
Required Skills:
- Applicable State licensure in the state you reside
- One to two (1-2) years of experience with the utilization review process
- Three (3) or more years of experience in Behavioral Health and/or substance abuse rehabilitation
- Previous leadership experience
