Job Summary

Experienced Vietnamese interpreters based in the US will find a fully remote contracted opportunity focused on facilitating communication between Vietnamese and English speakers while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally and adhere to the interpreter's code of conduct
• Familiarize with industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical terminology
• Participate in internal professional training and communicate with the team leader

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Minimum of 3 years of interpretation experience
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication
• Based in the US with a steady wired internet connection
