Job Summary
Managing travel for high-profile clients, the full-time Remote VIP Travel Consultant will advise on and arrange corporate travel, utilizing GDS systems while working evening and overnight shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers in the US, including both individuals and groups
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services
- Ensure compliance with customers' travel policies and regulatory requirements while providing excellent customer service
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate travel experience, including fares, ticketing, and accommodations for domestic and international travel
- Expertise in at least one Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Sabre, Apollo, or Amadeus
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
- Strong integrity in handling personal traveler information
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide constructive feedback
