Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Web Hosting Customer Support Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing and coaching a team of remote Level 1 and Level 2 Support Specialists
  • Building scalable processes, guidelines, frameworks, and tools
  • Providing one-on-one coaching and mentorship to the Support Team

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years in a management role with a customer-facing team
  • 2+ years of SaaS and/or Customer-Focused experience
  • Ability to manage and thrive in a virtual, global, and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Great leadership and coaching skills
