Job Summary
As a mid-level Renewable Development Engineer, the full-time remote position will manage the design of PV, BESS, and Wind projects across the U.S., serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders while delivering preliminary design work.
Key responsibilities
- Designs PV, BESS, and Wind projects, ensuring technical requirements are met
- Acts as a liaison between the solar design team and relevant stakeholders
- Provides engineering and technical support to the Business Development & Project Services Team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Civil Engineering
- 2-6 years of relevant engineering or field experience
- Experience with energy modeling using PVsyst and proficiency in AutoCAD
- Basic understanding of electrical and civil engineering with a focus on PV solar
- FE or PE licensure is a plus, but not required
