Renewable Energy Development Manager

Job Summary

Managing the development lifecycle of large renewable energy projects, the full-time Central Region Development Manager will oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver development projects on time and on budget while coordinating the broader development team
• Participate in the development of key account and utility relationships, supporting contract origination
• Track project risks and provide assessments and mitigations to regional leadership

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in renewable energy, power industry, or project management, with a preference for experience in MISO, ERCOT, and SPP
• Bachelor's Degree required; master's degree preferred
• Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule management
• Ability to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Cloud Applications
