Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Renewable Energy Project Development Attorney will draft and negotiate renewable energy contracts, manage project development tasks, and collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the team with project development in the renewable energy field
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues on project development matters
- Adhere to firm policies and perform other duties as requested by management
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience at a law firm, preferably in renewable energy
- Expertise in negotiating traditional renewable energy contracts (EPCs, O&Ms, PPAs)
- Strong legal research and drafting proficiency
- Admission to and in good standing with the Bar of the applicant's state of residence
