Job Summary

Owning a live portfolio of county-level engagements, the full-time remote Renewables Campaign Director will manage campaign delivery from initial assessment through final vote, while building relationships with stakeholders and leading strategies to advance renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a live portfolio of county engagements from assessment to ordinance outcome, ensuring timely execution of campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with county officials and stakeholders to support advocacy and community engagement efforts
• Translate team-level strategy into tailored campaign plans and lead their execution based on local conditions

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in running state or local political campaigns, particularly in the renewable energy sector
• Experience with land-use, siting, or infrastructure approvals
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, particularly in simplifying complex regulatory issues
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
