Job Summary
Managing service contract renewals for software and hardware, the full-time Renewal Operations Specialist will ensure timely preparation and accuracy of proposals while serving as the primary contact for resellers across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare service contract renewal proposals using existing contract data and established processes
- Act as the main point of contact for resellers regarding renewal pricing, contract status, and order processing
- Coordinate contract amendments and subscription adjustments with various internal teams to ensure no contract lapses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1+ years of experience in administrative, sales support, order management, contract administration, or customer service in a B2B environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
