Renewals Associate
Job Summary
Supporting the renewal process, the contract Renewals Associate will identify upcoming opportunities, prepare renewal quotes, and assist Account Managers throughout the renewal cycle in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Review reporting to identify upcoming renewal opportunities and initiate outreach
- Prepare accurate renewal quotes in accordance with OEM program requirements
- Support Account Managers with renewal transactions and customer inquiries
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Entry-level position; less than one year of experience required
- Basic knowledge of OEM licensing, subscriptions, or warranty renewals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
