Renewals Manager - West
Job Summary
To support customer retention and expansion, the full-time Renewals Manager - West will manage the renewal process for commercial clients, achieve revenue goals, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days in advance of renewal due dates
- Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals related to retention, growth, and term extensions of existing customer contracts
- Partner with Customer Success to assess customer health and drive appropriate renewal strategies
Required qualifications
- 2 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience
- Experience working in a SaaS revenue organization such as Sales, CSM, or a renewals team
- Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Confidence in navigating customer and partner renewal processes
