Renewals Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Renewal Sales Account Manager, the full-time contract Renewals Sales Support Representative will manage the quoting process for expiring maintenance contracts, ensuring timely and accurate renewals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the funnel of expiring maintenance contracts to create a quoting schedule
• Create and audit renewal quotes for accuracy, securing necessary discount approvals
• Update CRM tools regularly to reflect accurate opportunity attributes and assist with sales cycle follow-up activities

Required qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Business preferred or a high school diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with CRM/ERP systems
• 1-2 years of experience in managing sales administrative tasks from lead to invoicing
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
