Job Summary

To support a growing rental facility, the full-time Rental Coordinator will manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and guide clients through the rental process while working onsite in Amarillo, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and assist customers with the rental process
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors to expand the customer base
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction with services

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
