Rental Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing rental facility, the full-time Rental Coordinator will manage customer inquiries, build relationships with contractors, and ensure satisfaction with equipment rentals while working onsite in Amarillo, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
• Expand the customer base by building relationships and educating clients on cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain existing customer relationships and address inquiries or complaints promptly

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships throughout the rental process
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn about products and services
