Job Summary
To support a growing rental facility, the full-time Rental Coordinator will manage customer relationships, guide clients through the rental process, and develop sales strategies while working onsite in Amarillo, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
- Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and educating them about EquipmentShare's services
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries promptly
Required qualifications
