Rental Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading a newly formed Rental Management team, the full-time Manager, Rental Census will ensure the accuracy and integrity of a rental census for over 100,000 patients, manage requalification and adherence programs, and drive patient engagement for high-cost rentals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and integrity of the active rental census, driving initial cleanup and ongoing controls
• Build and manage the requalification calendar, ensuring timely adherence to requirements for eligible patients
• Lead patient engagement initiatives for high-cost rentals, including outreach prior to rental renewals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of DME, HME, or home health operations experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Working knowledge of rental billing mechanics, requalification, and recertification requirements
• Experience managing an active rental population and improving data accuracy
• Proven ability to develop outbound patient engagement programs and manage production
• Strong analytical skills with experience in large data sets and reporting definitions
