Job Summary
Overseeing the management and disposition of real estate owned (REO) properties, the full-time REO Asset Manager will focus on auction strategies and execution while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of residential REO assets and develop strategies to maximize investor returns
- Oversee the disposition process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and timely execution
- Analyze market conditions and property performance to optimize pricing and sales strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in REO asset management or related real estate operations
- Proven experience negotiating real estate transactions and managing asset dispositions
- Strong knowledge of foreclosure, REO processes, and residential real estate transactions
- Understanding of real estate auction platforms and disposition strategies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and real estate asset management systems
