REO Asset Manager

Job Summary

Managing a high-volume portfolio of residential REO assets, the full-time REO Asset Manager will oversee the management, disposition, and optimization of properties, focusing on auction strategies and compliance while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute disposition strategies to maximize investor returns and meet client objectives
• Evaluate asset-specific opportunities for value optimization, including repairs and targeted marketing initiatives
• Oversee the disposition process from pre-listing through closing, ensuring compliance with client requirements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in REO asset management or related real estate operations
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure, REO, and residential real estate transaction processes
• Proven experience negotiating real estate transactions and managing large-scale residential portfolios
• Working knowledge of HUD, FHA, VA, GSE, and investor servicing requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and real estate asset management systems like Equator
