REO Asset Manager

Job Summary

Managing a high-volume portfolio of residential REO assets, the full-time REO Asset Manager will oversee the management, disposition, and optimization of properties remotely, focusing on auction strategies and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute disposition strategies to maximize investor returns while monitoring portfolio performance metrics
• Oversee the disposition process from pre-listing through closing, ensuring compliance with client requirements and timely execution
• Evaluate asset-specific opportunities to increase net recovery through repairs, renovations, and targeted marketing initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in REO asset management, default servicing, or related real estate operations
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure, REO, and residential real estate transaction processes
• Proven experience negotiating real estate transactions and managing assets through disposition
• Understanding of real estate auction platforms and disposition strategies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and asset management systems like Equator
