REO Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the disposition process of Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, the full-time REO Specialist will oversee compliance with investor standards, coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, and ensure accurate documentation while working in a hybrid environment three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure timelines are met
• Act as a liaison between REO Asset Management Companies and clients, resolving title curative issues
• Review and reconcile sale contracts, closing disclosures, and repair bids for accuracy

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills for professional interactions with internal and external audiences
• Willingness to learn new skills and comply with regulatory training requirements
