Repetitive Benefits Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Annuity Services team, the full-time Repetitive Benefits Specialist will analyze and process complex transactions to create and maintain computerized retirement and repetitive payment records for customers, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and perform complex accounting and transactional activities related to retirement and repetitive payments, ensuring compliance with contract restrictions and legal documents
• Independently analyze customer requests and handle transactions to establish and update computerized records, meeting productivity and quality goals
• Participate in training and development of team members, providing technical expertise and assisting with procedural updates

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Strong knowledge of contract provisions, pension, and repetitive payment recordkeeping and accounting systems
• Proficient in math and 10-key skills
• Ability to adapt to frequent change and manage a large volume of work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with various mainframe/PC applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
