Job Summary
To support inventory management and customer service goals, the full-time Replenishment Analyst will manage inventory levels, drive forecasting and replenishment excellence, and execute inventory flow while working onsite in Bozeman, MT with hybrid options available for local candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels across assigned categories to ensure product availability and optimize financial performance
- Analyze sales trends and maintain replenishment parameters to improve demand planning accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product flow and resolve inventory-related issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Merchandising, or a related field preferred
- Three to five years of experience in retail replenishment, inventory management, or related fields
- Proficiency in ERP, replenishment, and inventory management systems preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI or inventory analytics
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
