To support client operations, the full-time Reporting Analyst will manage the setup and automation of standard reporting requests, collaborating with various teams to ensure client reporting needs are met.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of reporting capabilities and products to effectively support client needs
- Build and automate standard reports in Excel and other tools, ensuring timely delivery to clients
- Analyze data discrepancies and innovate reporting processes to enhance overall performance
Required qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Genesys, Calabrio, and Empower
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams and external partners
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
